From Transactional to Transformational
Wellness Works Management Partners was founded by Brandon Seigel after years of working closely with entrepreneurs and private practice owners across the United States. Over time, it became clear that many practices were being underserved by traditional management models and third-party vendors that prioritized short-term gains over long-term stability.
Too often, private practices were handed fragmented solutions, limited visibility, and little accountability. Billing agencies chased quick wins. Management services required owners to give up control. The result was frustration, inefficiency, and missed opportunities for sustainable growth.
Wellness Works was created as an alternative.
Instead of operating as a transactional vendor, we built a partnership-based model rooted in trust, communication, and shared responsibility. Instead of asking practices to conform to rigid systems, we work within existing structures and adapt support to fit the realities of each practice.

Brandon Seigel brings over twenty-five years of executive leadership experience supporting entrepreneurs and private practice owners nationwide. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, he developed an early understanding of how structure, communication, and accountability drive long-term success
Since entering the healthcare and education space in 2008, Brandon has worked closely with private practices to streamline operations, address workforce challenges, and improve financial performance without compromising patient care or autonomy.
