What Is Group Coaching?

Group Coaching is where education, strategy, and shared experience come together. Through multi-week, curriculum-based programs, our team works directly with practice leaders to address operations, HR, financial decision-making, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Each program follows a structured curriculum but the learning is anything but passive. Sessions are live, interactive, and grounded in real practice scenarios. You'll leave with frameworks you can apply immediately, not theory you'll forget by next week.

How These Programs Work

Curriculum-Based Live Sessions: Each program runs for 8–10 weeks with weekly live sessions via Zoom. Every session follows a structured topic with teaching, discussion, and real-time Q&A—not a one-way presentation. You're an active participant, not a passive viewer.
Built-In Coaching & Collaboration: Every session includes dedicated time for group coaching, strategy discussion, and peer problem-solving. Bring your real challenges. Get real answers. Leave with a plan.
Ongoing Access & Community: The learning doesn't stop when the Zoom ends. Participants get access to an exclusive Facebook group for continued Q&A, session recordings, resources, and connection with fellow practice leaders. Many participants find this ongoing community just as valuable as the live sessions themselves.
